Welcome to my website, and all of the tools that you will need to assist you in finding your next home or researching the possible sale of your current home!  I have been a full-time agent with Coldwell Banker for over 19 years, specializing in residential resale and relocation.  Having relocated from the Bay Area of California, I understand the extensive footwork that needs to be done to choose the right home and neighborhood for your move to Idaho.  I have had 3 daughters in the local school system, and was active in the PTA's of elementary, middle and both Coeur d'alene High Schools!  I am currently involved in fundraising for our local Hospice, a board member for the annual fundraiser for Idaho Youth Ranch, a City of Coeur d'Alene Parking Commisioner and am a board member for EXCEL, helping teachers in School District 271.

Kathleen contacted us and from the beginning she was very helpful. we visited Idaho on a house hunting trip and she was there for us. Kathleen took us all over the place helping us make the right decision. She gave us good advise while purchasing our home. She took us back to several houses numerous times.
