Pam represented us on 14 real estate transactions.
We encountered unusual problems in several purchased. For example, a title issue arose due to Freddy Mac error. There was no actual person to talk to at Bank of America and we were attempting to complete a 1031 exchange. Pam went the extra mile to insure that we were able to close within the required time frames.
Her high level of professionalism and skill make her tops in our book.

Pam was very Knowledgeable and very experienced. Sold our house in 2 days for asking price. Helped through the whole escrow process. I would recommend Pam to anyone who wants to buy or sell. She is currently working with us while we have a home built and has been very helpful with this process also.
