Mike Gregg has over fourteen years of experience with commercial and investment properties, multifamily properties, mini-storage properties, development projects, and commercial leasing.

 

Mike’s closed multiple transactions with commercial clients that include Greenstone Corporation, Whitewater Creek, Cabela’s, Sysco Foods, WinCo Foods, Maverik Gas Station, City of Liberty Lake, Kootenai Medical Center, and Telect. 

 

Mike has marketed over 1,700 commercial, residential, retail, and industrial acres in Spokane and Kootenai County. He is currently the project manager for Prairie Crossing, Expo, Montrose Business Park, the Coeur d'Alene Place Shopping Center Site, and additional sites in North Idaho.
