I first called David and another Co. but they never got back to me. David called the same day! We hit it off on the phone (Me in CA wanting to move to ID). I drove up and David spent almost 3 weeks driving me from place to place! We'd start @ 9 every morning and go until 2:30 or 3pm. That's a lot of time spent in one car together!!!! We'd laugh, talk and see what we had to see! Everyday!!! Imagine, I would take notes, together we would say no, until we narrowed it down to 3 Properties. I had my Husband fly up to see the 3. We fell in love and made our choice! Hoping that even though our 20 acres + a House in CA had yet to get a bite. We tried but could not succre financing. Heart Broken, I had to inform David, through tears and Heart Broken, David was a Gentleman! We remain Friends today! I'm grateful he spent all those Hrs with me showing me ID! It's a Beautiful State!

I met David when he brought a tenant to us for a commercial rental space we had available. We filled the space with a great tenant. After that we reached out to have David look for a home for us. He was quick to communicate homes within our critieria to us so we could get offers in in a timely manner. Was knowledgable in the offer process, gave good suggestions on offer amounts backed by stats and property specs. We managed to get in to a home we had on our list at a much lower price than it was initially listed for and below the county appraised value. It was of great value having David working for us and the process was made simple and smooth by his strengths as a real estate professional. Will be using him again in the future.
