My name is Linda Wilhelm,

I am a lifetime resident of Post Falls and have been a Real Estate Broker in Idaho and Washington for 24 years.
I have been a Top Producer nearly every year. I have received The Presidents Elite award from Coldwell Banker International twice, that award is for the Top 2% in the World in Production. The Presidents Circle Award from Coldwell Banker 12 times, The Diamond Award from Coldwell Banker several times.
I have also received the Spirit Award from Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, as well as the Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty’s Highest Achievement Award 4 times in 19 years.

I serve on the Grievance and the Arbitration Committee for the Coeur d Alene Association of Realtors. I also serve on the Circle of Excellence Committee at the Association of Realtors and have been a recipient of that award every year from 2001 to the present.

I am currently a Post Falls City Councilor in my third term. I served on the Post Falls Planning and Zoning Commission for 9 years before running for council.

I currently serve on the Jobs Plus Board of Directors,The Post Falls Strategic Planning Committee, The City Center Advisory Committee and am on the KMPO Board of Directors. I was committee chair for the Post Falls Beautification Project that included the Water Features At the freeway entrances on Spokane Street. Our committee raised tens of thousands of dollars and ten of thousands of in kind donations from local business’s. It is a project we are proud of. I am currently on the advisory board for the Spokane Street Beautification Project.

In the past I have served on Kootenai Perspectives Board Of Directors for 4 years. Habitat for Humanity committee for Coldwell Banker as we built a house out on Linda Way.
Past member of the Idaho Transportation Round Table.

I have 2 grown children and 4 grand children. I enjoy boating and all water sports.
I enjoy photography, and building waterfalls for landscape.
