I'm a transplant from California, that after looking at areas such as Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Washington decided to move to Northern Idaho.
I love water, mountains and trees.  We have them all here in the Coeur D'Alene region.

If you are thinking of moving here from another state, I have almost memorized the reasons that this is an amazingly great area....tax relief, lower property taxes, lower sales taxes, lower gasoline taxes.  We also offer a multitude of activities such as fishing, boating, hunting, skiing, (water and snow), hiking, "The Centennial Trail.  I also love great restaurants, and we likely have a choice that will compare to your "favorite".

People here are nice and will often go out of their way to be helpful.  I recently had a car problem at a store here, and two people involved themselves to solve the issue and get me on my way. I was very thankful that it was just a new battery.  But that type of generosity is in abundance. 

I have immersed myself into learning about and viewing the different types  of land and housing available here.  I will gladly let you know all the things that popped out at me when I first moved here.  It seems that many of my out-of-state buyers have the same questions and desire for more "localized education".  Feel free to ask any questions about the area.  If I don't know the answer, I will find out for you.

As my customer reviews have often stated, I am not afraid of challenges that arise in a transaction.  I am observant when looking at a home with a buyer, and will usually preview the home, as pictures are not the same as seeing it physically.  Clients also appreciate a "second set of eyes".  I will do what needs to be done to help a buyer get through the transaction as easily as possible.  And, I will even work with a client after the purchase is completed to do things such as; "meet the movers", get the keys from the lockbox, or resend paperwork that the buyer may have misplaced.  I do it because it is what I would love a realtor to do for me in a purchase.  And maybe, there will be another time for us to work together in the future.

I can't put into words the help that Carla did for me. She helped from beginning to end always giving 110%. I am working in China and without her helping I would never been able to get my home! She helped me find inspectors and secure a loan. Doing this while I'm in China. She made it so easy for me! I give her the highest marks that I can.

She has all the qualities that are important in this line of work; knowledge of the area, patience, organization, great communication, and helpful in every way. Carla is a very diligent and hardworking agent. She is very responsive, and brought forth several properties in various communities for us to look at.
